Total Quality Inc has compiled a list of thousands of performance metrics based on research conducted since 1988 and organized them by each of the Results Criteria Items. There are approximately 1,000 performance excellence metrics for the Baldrige Criteria Results Items.
New for 2010: The metrics have been integrated with the Baldrige Glossary definitions to help ensure understanding consistency.
