No Charge Upgrade Policy: If you purchase a current year process model, we will upgrade it to a newer year model at no charge if you purchase any other process model in the later year; and

Price Protection: If you order any process model in the current year and in a later year decide to purchase any Criteria Category System or the Total Integrated Excellence System (see graphic below), we will discount the system price by the amount you paid for the previous process model or models if you purchased more than one.

System Requirements: Microsoft Visio (basic version). MS Visio is part of the MS Office Family and uses many of the functions most people are already familiar with.
